This is an FLSA lawsuit filed against TDT Consulting, LLC (“TDT Consulting”) on behalf of its current and former Solid Control Technicians who were misclassified as independent contractors. The lawsuit claims that TDT Consulting misclassified its workers as independent contractors and failed to pay overtime wages in accordance with the FLSA.
