Paratransit drivers working for Irving Holdings, Inc. have filed a federal lawsuit challenging the company’s practice of classifying them as independent contractors. We represent the current former paratransit drivers in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that Irving Holdings misclassified its paratransit drivers as independent contractors. As a result of being misclassified as independent contractors, Irving Holdings failed to pay its paratransit drivers proper wages, including overtime, as required by federal law.

The lawsuit seeks to include all current and former paratransit drivers who sign a consent form to opt-in and join the lawsuit.
