This is an unpaid wage and overtime lawsuit filed under the Fair Labor Standards Act against VisionQuest National, LTD. (“VisionQuest”) on behalf of its current and former employees who were paid hourly, but were not paid for all hours worked – including overtime hours. The lawsuit claims that VisionQuest illegally shaved or reduced employee’s reported hours, resulting in VisionQuest underpaying their employees for regular and overtime compensation.
