Case Information

This is an FLSA lawsuit filed against The Ensign Group, Inc and its affiliates for failing to pay MDS nurses overtime at one-and-one-half their regular rate for the hours worked over forty (40) in each workweek. The lawsuit claims that The Ensign Group payed MDS nurses a salary for all hours worked; therefore, Ensign did not compensate MDS nurses for overtime at time-and-one-half their regular rate for the hours spent working over forty (40) in each workweek.
