Drew Herrmann is a tenacious lawyer who has long-been a champion for employee rights, working diligently throughout his career to combat injustices in the workplace. Born and raised in Dodge City, Kansas, Mr. Herrmann learned the value of an honest day’s work at young age working on his family’s farm. He has never shied away from difficult or challenging work—graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Kansas State University and subsequently graduating magna cum laude from Texas A & M University School of Law.

Drew Herrmann founded Herrmann Law with a desire to “fight for the underdog” and to give strength and a voice to workers across the United States. Mr. Herrmann prides himself on being a true advocate and works tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for each of his clients. Lauded by his colleagues as a true expert in employment law, Mr. Herrmann has successfully taken on some of the largest companies in the world and has handled a vast array of workplace disputes including cases ranging from large class actions to single employee lawsuits. Time and again, Mr. Herrmann’s experience, commitment, and unwavering work ethic give his clients the upper hand.

Mr. Herrmann’s history of representing employees in workplace matters includes unpaid wage and overtime lawsuits, sexual harassment complaints, discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuits.  Mr. Herrmann also represents clients in cases regarding illegal tip pools and gratuities, unpaid overtime, wage theft, retaliation, employee misclassification, and breach of contract matters.

In his spare time, Mr. Herrmann enjoys sharing his employment law expertise as a writer for various online legal-related publications and blogs.
