On June 28, 2024, our firm filed a lawsuit against Perry’s Steakhouse on behalf of employees who worked as Support Staff at any Perry’s Steakhouse location nationwide. The lawsuit alleges that Perry’s Steakhouse violated federal wage laws by failing to pay support staff lawful wages while requiring them to perform back-of-the-house work, janitorial work, and other work that did not involve interacting with customers at Perry’s.

If you worked at least one shift as a busser, food runner, server’s assistant, host, barback, or service well at any Perry’s Steakhouse nationwide during the past 3 years, you may be eligible to join the lawsuit and seek recovery of unpaid wages. The name of the case is Allen et al. v. Perrys Restaurants LTD et al., No. 4:24-cv-03197 (S.D. Tex.).
