On June 28, 2024, our firm filed a lawsuit against Perry’s Steakhouse on behalf of employees who worked as Support Staff at any Perry’s Steakhouse location nationwide. The lawsuit alleges that Perry’s Steakhouse violated federal overtime and minimum wage laws, by failing to pay support staff lawful wages while requiring them to perform back-of-the-house work, janitorial work, and other work that did not involve interacting with customers at Perry’s.

If you worked at least one shift as a busser, food runner, server’s assistant, host, barback, or service well at any Perry’s Steakhouse nationwide during the past 3 years, you may be eligible to join the lawsuit and seek recovery of unpaid wages. The name of the case is Allen et al. v. Perrys Restaurants LTD et al., No. 4:24-cv-03197 (S.D. Tex.).

How to Join the Lawsuit

If you opt-in to join the case, we will represent you on a contingency fee basis in this matter, which means we will be paid based upon any amount that is recovered in the case. You will not pay anything out-of-pocket for our legal representation, and if there is no recovery, you will not owe us anything.
