On June 28, 2024, our firm filed a lawsuit against Perry’s Steakhouse on behalf of employees who worked as Support Staff at any Perry’s Steakhouse nationwide. The lawsuit alleges that Perry’s Steakhouse violated federal wage laws by failing to pay support staff lawful wages to perform back-of-the-house work, janitorial work, and other work that did not involve interacting with customers at Perry’s.

If you worked at least one shift as a busser, food runner, server’s assistant, host, barback, or service well at any Perry’s Steakhouse nationwide during the past 3 years, you are eligible to join the lawsuit and seek recovery of unpaid wages. To join the lawsuit, you must sign and return a consent form.

How to Join the Lawsuit

If you work or worked at Perry’s Steakhouse in a Support Staff role and believe your rights have been violated, please contact us 817-479-9229 or consider joining the collective action lawsuit.

Anyone who worked at least one shift in a Support Staff role at Perry’s Steakhouse in that past 3 years is eligible to join the collective action lawsuit seeking recovery of unpaid wages and money damages.

In order to be included in the collective action against Perry’s, you must sign a consent form and return it to Herrmann Law before the deadline.
